Helping You Move Better, Feel Stronger and Live Pain-Free

Linda is a dedicated and compassionate physiotherapist with a strong clinical background and a special interest in pelvic and women’s health. She has completed additional postgraduate training in dry needling, strapping, and pelvic health, and holds a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy, reflecting her commitment to continual professional development and evidence-based care.

Her career began in the public healthcare sector, where she gained broad experience across multiple physiotherapy disciplines, including orthopaedics, neurology, paediatrics, geriatrics, and cardiorespiratory rehabilitation. During her community service year at Van Velden Memorial Hospital, as well as outreach work at Letaba Regional Hospital, Linda was exposed to complex and diverse clinical cases — ranging from stroke and spinal cord injuries to neonatal care and intensive care unit rehabilitation.

Linda has further expanded her clinical expertise through locum work and assisting in private practices, where she refined her hands-on skills and deepened her understanding of musculoskeletal conditions. She is known for her compassionate, patient-centred approach, ensuring that each treatment plan is individualised, goal-driven, and tailored to the unique needs of every patient.

With a growing focus on women’s health, Linda is particularly passionate about supporting women through all stages of life. She works closely with patients experiencing pelvic floor dysfunction, guiding postpartum recovery, and rehabilitation following caesarean section, helping women regain confidence, function, and quality of life.

With over five years of clinical experience, Linda’s Tzaneen-based practice is guided by the philosophy that optimal recovery comes from treating the whole person. She focuses on identifying and addressing root causes, while empowering patients to actively participate in their rehabilitation journey for long-term, sustainable outcomes.
