Billing, Rates and Medical Aid Information

Payment Terms

We are a cash-based practice, meaning payment is required in full at the end of each session. Payments can be made via EFT, online, or cash. Afterwards, a statement will be provided that includes all the necessary information to submit a claim to your medical aid.

Session Duration

Generally, appointments are 30–45 minutes in duration. Please arrive on time, as late arrivals may result in a shortened session without a fee adjustment. The cost per session may vary depending on the treatment techniques and services provided.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Medical Aid Claims

The patient is responsible for submitting claims to their Medical Aid, we do not process claims directly with medical aids. While we try to align our rates with Discovery Health’s guidelines, please note that each medical aid has its fee structure, and reimbursement amounts may vary depending on your specific plan and provider.

Right to Refuse Treatment

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment if deemed clinically inappropriate or unsafe.
